What a nice, 'homey' type of country deli to grab a snack or meal at. Genuine, honest people in a farming atmosphere that reeks of family, close friends and community spirit. Outsiders be conscious of the respect level you issue to these folks because you just might get put in your place. Above average food, great, friendly service and. I'd have to say that this was a very positive and memorable experience for me.

We just happened by this gem! If you enjoy history, this is the place to go. The proprietors are obviously very proud of their community as they shared the history of the building and community with us. These young folks give back to the community. They have created a gracious space for those in need. Free clothing, household goods and other miscellaneous items. We will be back!

We stopped in for a cold drink and to check out the Farmers daughter. She wasn't there but the ladies that were standing in for her, were very friendly and polite. The dinning room was all decked out and ready for visitors. In a adjoining room, there was a small museum with artifacts from the local area. If you're in the area you should check it out.
